Murali backed by 25 years of experience in the field of Design / Development of Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps supported by a Team of Competent, Heat Exchangers Engineers and Work Force with the ideology of catering Quality Equipment to the Industrial segments viz Pulp / Paper, Chlor Alkali, Petro Chemical, Steel, Chemical Industries. This Production unit is well equipped with Full fledged Machine Shop, Fabrication Shop, Quality Control and Performance Testing facilities to meet Customer requirements.

SURYA PUMPS started as a manufacturer’s of Pulp / Stock Pumps, Pulp Mill Equipment, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers and slowly expanded its Products line through Equipment for Bleaching of Pulp Stock aimed for Chlorine, Chlorine dioxide and Oxygen in various Grades of materials as per process requirements for Medium and Large Scale Pulp and Paper Mills. Subsequently Water Ring Vacuum Pumps for Critical Services in Titanium Construction  are added for handling Wet Chlorine in Chlor Alkali Industry.

SURYA PUMPS made its impact in the indigenous market with Quality consciousness and prompt post sales service and started Exports to various Countries.

BLEACHING SYSTEMS :

For Bleaching of Pulp Stock at consistencies 12 to 14 % having capacities ranging from 40 to 200 M3 / hr has proved its reliability over the past decade.

The System comprises of 1) Drop leg,  2) Medium consistency Pulp Pump 3) Chemical Mixer and 4) Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump for degassing with required Control Instrumentation for effective Bleaching of Pulp.

PULP PUMPS

Pulp Pumps for consistencies upto 5% having capacities ranging from 200 to 800 M3/ hr in different grades of material which have proved their mettle and the name SURYA has become synonymous to quality Pulp & Paper Industrial equipment.
